Three Ways We Support
Your Contract Work
Amanah Counsel's three services address distinct stages of the contract lifecycle — drafting, auditing, and navigating active negotiations.

How We Approach Every Engagement
Each service follows a defined methodology shaped by the premise that good contract work is a collaborative process — not a document production exercise.
Commercial Contract Drafting
Tailored commercial agreements prepared from the ground up based on a detailed briefing session. Covers supply agreements, distribution contracts, service level agreements, and partnership terms. Each contract is drafted with reference to Malaysian Contracts Act 1950 requirements and relevant industry standards, incorporating a defined terms schedule, liability and indemnity framework, and dispute resolution mechanism.
